The project is known as the Kish Gas Field Development. The overall project facilities will produce, treat, transport and export reservoir fluids from a gas field located near Kish Island which is situated in north part of Persian Gulf and near to Hormozgan province.
Arya Petro Gas scope of work includes engineering & procurement of three gas turbine centrifugal compressors of export unit, off-gas reciprocating compressors, API centrifugal pumps, MEG injection reciprocating pumps, fire water pumps, fuel gas system and PDCS of Kish Gas Refinery.

Gas Dehydration Unit of Kish Gas Refinery (EP)
Engineering & Procurement of Gas Dehydration Unit of Kish Gas Refinery
The project land is located on Persian Gulf shore in the Hormozgan province in Iran.
The onshore gas processing facility is a part of Kish Gas Field Development. Feed gas from sweetening unit enters to dehydration unit which consists of two identical trains with capacity of 500 MMSCFD each. Water content of inlet gas is 1001 ppm at the worst case which will be reduced to <0.1 ppm in the outlet of the unit. The unit is comprised of a number of molecular sieve beds. At any time a minimum of one molecular sieve bed shall be on regeneration and the rest on parallel adsorption to meet the water dew point specifications.
APG is responsible for endorsement of basic design, detailed engineering, procurement and supervision during construction, commissioning and start-up of the unit.

The South Pars Gas Field Development Phase 15 &16 will be developed to produce 2 BSCFD reservoir fluids which will be reached in onshore facilities. Onshore processing facilities consist of condensate stabilization, NGL fractionation, gas treatment, propane and butane treatment, MEG regeneration, Sulfur recovery, export unit, etc. Export unit (Unit 106) is aimed to increase discharge pressure of treated lean Gas & boost it into gas trunk line for domestic and export purposes. In its 5+2 arrangement, each compression train includes one Centrifugal compressor and gas turbine driver, one suction drum, one after cooler and other required facilities.

Four Gas Compressor Stations of Azerbaijan 48'' Pipeline (P)

Natural gas received from the IGATs is boosted through Azerbaijan Pipeline to north and north west of the country for domestic consumption and export purposes. Qazvin, Khoramdarreh, Nikpei and Hashtrood Stations are aimed to enhance the capacity of the line from 60 MMSCMD to 110 MMSCMD. APG as a procurement contractor has supplied all piping, mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation equipment and materials needed for execution of the stations. The overall process of the job including procurement engineering, PO placing, shipment, custom clearance and delivery of the goods at client's sites were all done within 10 months.
